That’s Entertainment

Dear Activity Director,

What I will deliver to you and your residents is as follows:

  1. Music organized into nine separate books, changing shows every 37 days. This provides a non repetitive format of shows, and a well-rounded set of music each time I perform.
  2. An Alzheimer program consisting of five separate books designed to trigger memories and bring a fresh experience each time I come. My “eye contact” approach while playing brings wonderful moments to singer and listener alike.
  3. I have a Motown show for those who’d prefer a more soulful set of music.
  4. There are 2 books designed to rock and roll the audience.
  5. My guitar allows me to travel into the audience as I sing. A Troubadour can get up close!
  6. Holidays are important to me. I’ll start using a “Christmas Special” set of music after Thanksgiving and thru 12/25.
  7. I will make a confirmation call to the activity director 1 week before the concert.
  8. If you’d like, I’ll create a flier for you to post at your facility to promote the concert.
  9. My “normal” schedule is to try and arrive 30 minutes prior to a show. I’ll set up and tune my guitar and, with the time remaining, stroll the halls and play and sing to those that may not be able to come to the concert.
  10. No set-up required on your part. My voice and guitar usually project very well.
  11. Introductory Special -$100/hr. for the first time I visit you-$125/hr. thereafter.
$10 off per show ($115 each) when scheduling a “4 pack” of music for the year.
$15 off per show ($110 each) when scheduling a “5 pack” of music for the year.
$20 off per show ($105 each) when scheduling a “6 pack” of music for the year.

I enjoy my audience and I love interacting with them.
Please let me know if I may be of service.

Sincerely,

John P. Muhlenfeld
